When ever you look at a baby or a toddler, there is something in them that brings out the mother instincts on all of us, including men. Even when presented with a puppy, those large eyes and the cuddly way they look makes everyone feel tender and protective towards it. This must certainly be nature´s way of ensuring our survival (it might otherwise be tempting to think of them as rebellious teenagers in the making).

At this age another things occurs that brings to mind how little girls play with their dolls and are always dressing them up. Exactly the same thing happens to mothers and women in general. Baby clothes have always been a major item for mums, aunts and the women folk. The results make you know it is absolutely worthwhile.

Babies and Halloween really make for perfect dressing up opportunities. You can try and describe it all but then you realize that the best description is simply that they look so cute. And that phrase, so cute, is heavily charged with positive, loving and protective emotions. What better excuse then to dress up your baby in a Halloween costume. Obviously it will not be a wicked and horrid looking witch or a scary fiend of some sort. Not only will the baby not look so well, but you will scare the living daylights out of him or her.

All this is abundantly recognized by costume designers and just about everybody involved with Halloween and this in turn means that there are some beautiful and fantastic costumes for babies.

These have to include all sort of mammals, from cuddly pink elephants, to little monsters and dragons. You can also choose a costume straight out of a fairy tale, or a cute little pirate. (When writing this article I am trying to avoid over abusing the word cute, but it does it in so perfectly)
