Thanksgiving Of Gratitude

Bubble

Thanksgiving is a time of year that should be celebrated every day. We let the government legalize when we give thanks. It´s observed only one day a year on the fourth Thursday in November.

It´s a shame that´s the only day most people consider giving thanks about anything. They don´t do much of that except when they give thanks for there food and family being together sitting at the dinner table. That´s all there is to the thankful part.

The rest of the time spent together is catching up and watching parades on television. What a shame to spend thanksgiving like any other day. Taking time to really share and express our love, joy, and peace with our families is more of a burden than a benefit.

We are so busy cooking and preparing for family dinners that the real meaning to be thankful is set aside. We´ve chosen to ignore where our health, food, and possessions came from. Maybe they just appeared, came from nowhere special, or we are responsible for it all.

Wait a minute and take the time to slow down, stop what you´re doing and be thankful for everything you have. Your health, home, family, and job should be the most important things in your life. Express your thankfulness today because tomorrow may never come.

Leaving you with a final thought to be thankful for what you have because there is always someone else who has less. We take everything we have for granted and don´t want to share. I want to say this year have a heart, share, and have a happy thanksgiving.
