When considering an internet business opportunity - why Coastal Vacations? This company is in the 4 trillion dollar industry of travel and entertainment. They offer lifetime membership packages - not timeshare packages. Their discounts are up to 75% off of week long condo stays, Carnival and Royal Caribbean cruises, airfare, hotels, and golf packages. On condo and resort properties, members pay an average of $300 per week. Members receive 12 membership cards for things like car rentals, cruises, and recreation.

They have 2 travel packages. The basic package is $1295 with a retail value of $15,000. Each time a member sells one of these packages, he/she earns $1000. The international package is $3500 with a retail value of over $20,000. When one of these is sold, the member who sold it earns $3000.

One does not need sales experience to join this program but must be entrepreneurial, teachable and a team player. There are no monthly fees, no autoship products, and no quotas or sponsoring requirements to continue to get paid. Their programs have a high profit margin with commissions paid directly to the member.

Everyone has their own reasons for pursuing a home-based business. Those reasons include: more money, more time, freedom, time with family, and independence. This company can provide these things.

However, Coastal Vacations cannot be marketed around the world. They have no customer service for the cruises or travel packages. Obviously, anyone who has a problem will call the member who sold them the package. This is not internet based - meaning because it is travel, you cannot test drive the product before you buy it. There are also upgrades and contingencies with the packages such as only being able to travel at certain times of the year. I understand some people have been contacted by the state of Florida due to legal concerns with the company.
