Is there some reason we have to put ourselves in debt this holiday season? Do you need money to buy Christmas presents? Do you want to buy that special person in your life something expensive but do not have the money? What do you do when you have a list a mile long and not enough money to go around?

Why not use your creativity to make gifts for your family and friends. These gifts will be loved and cherished. Anyone can go into store and put a gift on their charge card. But when you spend your time and creativity on a present you are giving of yourself.

If you can bake turn on the oven and start baking. If you can cook start cooking a special dinner for your family.

If you can wash a car - wash a car as a gift for someone in your life. Believe me if anyone said they were volunteering their time and energy to wash my car I would jump up and say hurray.

If you are a writer, write something a letter or poem. You can always frame a poem or have it laminated.

If you can knit, sew or crochet the sky is the limit for what you can create with your hands and mind.

Think, create and you will save yourself stress and money. Your family and friends will love you.
